On 2/21/24 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sheena Chin conducted an unannounced complaint investigation and delivered the complaint investigation results for the above allegations. LPA met with the licensee, Ludmila Mankovskaja and explained today’s visit. Present during today's investigation were the licensee and 5 children.

During the course of this investigation, LPA observed the activities at the facility, reviewed records of children and staff, and interviewed the licensee, staff, parent and children. Parents interviewed stated that they did not have concerns about the food supplies or quantities at the facility. LPA observed the licensee provided food and snacks to children in care and the licensee offered more food if children asked for more. During unannounced facility investigations, LPA did not observe yelling, inappropriate disciplines, or rough manners toward children in care. Parents interviewed also stated they have not observed inappropriate discipline, yelling and rough manners of staff towards their child.
