Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mandeep Kaur met with Director, Manali Amar Doshi, for an unannounced follow up complaint investigation. Purpose of today's investigation: deliver investigation findings. LPA interviewed the Director, reviewed records and gathered evidence during the investigation.

Based on interviews, records review and evidence gathered during the investigation process, the Department concludes that although the above allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation did or did not occur. The parents agreed to the terms of the New Enrollment Agreement by signing it when enrolling their child at the daycare center. Therefore, the above allegation of Staff posted images of daycare child on social media without proper consent from responsible party, is UNSUBSTANTIATED.

No deficiency issued during today's investigation. Appeal rights provided.
