On June 3, 2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Marilou Monico conducted a case management inspection. At 11:56 AM, LPA observed a teacher alone in the playground supervising 8 children who are enrolled in the toddler option program while the other staff member brought a daycare child in the bathroom. The bathroom is located in the Toddler Room. LPA reviewed a staff file.

As a result of this inspection, deficiency was cited on the following page:

Health & Safety - A ratio of six children to each teacher is maintained for all children in attendance at the toddler program. An aide who is participating in on-the-job training may be substituted for a teacher when directly supervised by a fully qualified teacher.
