Licensee, her spouse, and daughter, sister, and nephew are the five adults and two minor children (age 11 years and 16 years) living in the house. LPA toured the indoor and outdoor areas of the home during today's visit. All required forms are posted at the front door. Days and hours of operation are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 p.m. During today's inspection, LPA obtained children's roster and LIC 279B.
The on limit areas are the Playroom, Living Room, Dining Room, and bathroom located on the second floor. Cleaning products, disinfectants, sharp objects were stored and inaccessible to children. Furniture and equipment were observed to be age appropriate and in good condition. For outdoor play, the Licensee takes the children to a gated park. Per licensee, there are no firearms in the home.
