Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mel Matos met with Cindy Traidman, Licensee, for an unannounced case management inspection. LPA also observed three adult assistants and 8 day care children (4 preschool & 4 infant) in the home during today's inspection.

LPA reminded the Licensee that she must comply with the capacity and ratio requirements of the small Family Child Care Home license whenever there is only one qualified adult present in the home.

LPA also reminded the Licensee that the Mandated Reporter Training for Child Care Workers must be renewed every two years. Training certificates don't list an expiration date; thus it is the Licensee's responsibility to ensure that all staff have current certifications of the Mandated Reporter Training for Child Care Workers.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee, Cindy Traidman. A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
