Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mel Matos met with Cindy Traidman, Licensee, for an unannounced case management inspection. LPA also observed two adult assistants and nine day care children (4 infants & 5 preschool) in the home during today's inspection.

LPA reminded the Licensee to keep her infant sleep log current for all children under 2 years of age. LPA also reminded the Licensee that the infant sleep log must be completed every 15 minutes during individual infant nap times.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Cindy Traidman, Licensee. No deficiencies issued during today's inspection. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted adjacent to the main door for 30 days
