25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Janette Cruz, conducted an unannounced case management inspection in response to Licensee's request to increase the capacity from 8 to 14 children. LPA met with Jasmine Parol, Licensee. LPA observed two infants and three preschool children present in the home. Licensee stated that she is the only adult residing in the home. Days and hours of operation are from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Licensee has current CPR/First Aid certifications and Mandated Reporter Training certificate on file. Both indoor and outdoor areas of the home were inspected.
LPA observed the home is clean, orderly, and safe for the day care children. LPA observed no fireplace and no wall heaters. The off-limit areas inside the home are: barricaded stairs, entire 2nd floor and attached garage. Off limit areas outside of the home - None.
LPA observed a fully charged 3A40BC fire extinguisher, working smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, no bodies of water, and fenced backyard. Licensee stated she does not have pets or any weapons in the home. All cleaning compounds and medications are adequately stored (locked cabinets) and inaccessible to children.
