32 | Facility has 3 sinks (45) and 3 toilets (45) available for the preschool children. The sinks used by children only have cold running water. The Staff bathroom is clean and sanitary and can be utilized by sick children if necessary. Sick children will be isolated in the director's office and isolation equipment will be provided. Medications will be stored in the Director's office inaccessible to children. First aid supplies (including touch less thermometer) will be stored in the kitchen on a high shelf inaccessible to children. Cleaning supplies will be stored in a locked cabinet in the kitchen.
LPAs observed a solid waste container with a tight-fitting lid and functioning smoke/carbon monoxide detectors in each classroom. Facility has adequate toys and activities for children. LPAs observed a barricaded fireplace in the Toddler/Preschool classroom. Both classrooms have appropriate lighting.
There are 6 tables, 21 chairs, 30 cubbies, 28 cots, and 2 mats. Drinking water will be readily available for the children in each room and in the outdoor playground area via individual water bottles and pitchers. Transportation will not be provided by the Facility.
Breakfast and AM/PM snacks will be provided by the center. Children will bring their own lunch. There is an off-limits kitchen for food preparation. The food preparation area (kitchen) is functional and has hot and cold running water, sink, refrigerator, oven, dish washer, microwave, and storage spaces for food. Disposable plates and utensils will be provided by the Center.

The areas around and under the play structures are cushioned with material (rubber foam) that absorbs falls. The playground equipment is age appropriate. There are adequate equipment, supplies, and toys for children outdoors.
