Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Marilou Monico conducted a Case Management inspection. LPA met with Preschool Assistant Director, Fernanda Vargas. Based on interviews, staff were utilizing the office which is an off limit area for the infants.

As a result, deficiency was cited on the following page.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Preschool Assistant Director, Fernanda Vargas.

A Notice of Site Visit was issued and must remain posted for 30 days.
