On 05/20/2026, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Mandeep Kaur and Yareli Ramirez met with Licensee, Mercedes Barrenechea and Director, Selena Altman for an unannounced follow up complaint investigation. Purpose of today's investigation: deliver investigation findings. LPAs toured indoor and outdoor areas of the facility during today's investigation. During today's investigation, LPAs interviewed Director and Licensee and reviewed staff files for teacher qualifications. LPAs conducted complaint investigation comprising of observations, Licensee interview, Director interview, random staff interviews, random parents interviews, records review and evidence gathered.

Based on interviews, observations, records review and evidence gathered during the investigation process, although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
