On 07/24/2026, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Pedro Gutierrez conducted a visit to deliver findings. LPA met with Licensee Nikitha and explained the reason for today’s visit. LPA toured the indoor and outdoor areas of the facility. Present were Licensee Nikitha, seven staff, and 34 daycare children - seven school-age children, 21 preschool-age children, and six infants.

Information provided by the Reporting Party (RP) alleges that staff forced children to stay in the nap area and staff do not provide nutritious meals to children in care.

During the investigation, LPA conducted observations and interviewed the reporting party, director, staff, parents, and other involved parties, and reviewed facility and pertinent records. Based on LPA’s investigation, there was not enough evidence to prove or disprove the allegation as documentation reviewed and statements from multiple parties were inconsistent and did not support the above allegations.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.

No deficiencies cited during visit.

Exit interview was conducted and the report was reviewed with the Licensee Nikitha. Appeal rights was handed to the licensee.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.

Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
