On 12/10/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Pedro Solorio-Gutierrez conducted a follow-up investigation and to deliver findings. LPA met with director Anarita Reyes and explained the reason for today’s visit. LPA toured the indoor and outdoor areas of the facility. Present were director Anarita Reyes, point of contact for center directors Berenice Harnandez, teachers Diana Regalado, Kassandra Gomez, Linda Aguilar, Nien Ly, Yvonne Manera, aides Swanie Lyn, Trang Nguyen, Zobeyda Chavez, and 13 daycare children - six preschool age, and seven infants.

During the investigation, LPA conducted observations and interviewed staff. LPA obtained the findings of Kidango’s internal investigation conducted by their human resources department.

Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.

No deficiencies cited during visit.

Exit interview was conducted and the report was reviewed with the director Anarita Reyes. Appeal rights was handed to the licensee.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.

Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
