Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Farida Raja, conducted an unannounced complaint investigation to deliver complaint findings. LPA met with Director, Ronit Rose and Owner/Licensee, Arul Sundarraman and informed them of the purpose for the visit.

During today's inspection, LPA toured the facility and observed ratios. During the course of this investigation, LPA interviewed licensee/owner, director, staff, children and parents, conducted observations and reviewed relevant records.

Based on staff interviews, they stated that supervision is provided indoors by walking around the classroom and checking on children. When they transition children to the outdoors, they have one staff in the front and one at the back and staff walk around to cover the areas where the children are and keep an eye on them when playing outdoors.
