32 | Additionally, on 03/13/2025 and 03/14/2025, LPA contacted parents by phone and conducted interviews. The parents of five children were interviewed, including two parents of children who had left the facility. All of them expressed no concerns regarding the licensee’s daycare ratios. They all described the licensee as a good provider who treats the children well.
Based on interviews and evidence gathered, it is concluded that, while the allegation listed above may have occurred or may be valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation did or did not occur. The allegation is therefore UNSUBSTANTIATED.
No deficiencies were cited. Exit interview was conducted, where the report was reviewed and discussed with licensee Yonghui Hu in Mandarin. A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUED AND MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR 30 DAYS.
