On-limit areas of the day care consist of the backyard, the Day Care Room, bedroom number two, kitchen, and the hallway bathroom. Off limit areas inside the home are: bedroom number one, three, and second bathroom. Off limit areas outdoor: right side of the house. Licensee stated that there are no firearms or other dangerous weapons in the home. Sharps, medications, detergents, and cleaning compounds are inaccessible to children. The Licensee has a working telephone in the home. LPA observed sufficient materials, toys, and play equipment for the day care children in the home. Furniture and equipment, such as mats were age appropriate and in good condition. The home is clean, orderly, and safe for the day care children.
