25 | Amended report for visit conducted on 08/30/2024
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Deanna Villagrana met with licensee Eduviguez Ramirez Rameno for a case management visit. LPA explained the nature of the visit. Present were licensee, licensee's husband, two day care assistants and 12 day care children including three infants.
LPA arrived to the facility of Annett Ramirez Vazquez and observed licensee Eduviguez Ramirez Rameno's husband arrived to the home with three day care children. LPA made contact with Annett Ramirez Vazquez and requested information of vehicle she uses to transport children. Annett stated the car is a red car and was parked next door at her aunt Eduviguez home. LPA approached the vehicle and observed husband attempting to drive off in the vehicle. LPA stopped and asked if she could verify car seats in the vehicle. LPA then observed three children in the back seat. LPA observed the children were the same children who arrived with him five minutes prior. LPA asked ages of children. Two were identified as seven years old and one eight year old. Children were not observed in booster seats. LPA made contact with licensee Eduviguez inside the home and explained the reason for the contact. Licensee stated they had car seats available for children and pointed to car seats in front of the home.
The following type B deficiency was cited on the attached page (809-D). Licensee was informed that failure to correct the deficiency by the specified Plan of Correction (POC) Due Date may result in assessment of civil penalties in the amount of $100 per day per violation until the correction is made.
