32 | Staff interviewed reported they did not observe injuries on Child (1) and were not aware of any unusual incidents. LPA reviewed records and found no documentation of injuries or reportable incidents. No evidence was obtained showing a reportable incident occurred or was not reported.

Allegation: It was alleged Staff (2) spoke inappropriately toward the children. Staff (2) denied the allegation. Staff interviewed denied hearing Staff (2) speak inappropriately to the children.
During the 7/8/26 and 7/22/26 inspections, LPA observed staff-child interactions and did not observe any inappropriate statements or tone. No witnesses or documentation supporting the allegation were identified.

Allegation: It was alleged Staff (2) struck Child (2). Staff (2) denied hitting Child (2) and denied bringing Child (2) into the infant classroom while infant children were present.Staff denied observing any physical discipline. No witnesses, documentation, or injuries were identified.
