Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christine Dolores arrived unannounced to conduct the facility's annual inspection. LPA met with Administrator, Lihuei Yau.

LPA conducted a walk through at the facility. All fire exit routes were free and clear of obstruction. No clients observed on site. Administrator states the day program is currently not operating but still hold a license. Administrator plans to re-open the day program in 2023.

No deficiencies were cited per California Code of Regulations, Title 22.

This report was reviewed with Administrator, Lihuei Yau and a copy of the report was provided.
