On April 2nd, 2026 at approximately 9:55am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) April Wright conducted an unannounced complaint site inspection to deliver complaint findings. LPA met with Center Director Sahil Saini and informed them of the allegations against the preschool license. Allegations being Physical Plant. LPA took a tour of the facility for a health and safety inspection. Present during the inspection were 64 children (9 toddlers / 55 preschool age) and 11 fingerprint cleared staff personnel.
LPA conducted interviews with director and staff. LPA conducted an additional inspection of the children's play yards. During the inspection of the toddler play yard, LPA observed a wood panel missing with 2 nails sticking out as stated by the RP.
Based on the LPA observations and documentation that was received and reviewed, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED. California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12 - Chapter 1 - Article 07 Section 101239(o)(1) is being cited on the attached LIC. 9099D. Exit interview was conducted with Center Director Sahil Saini. Appeal rights were given and discussed.

On April 2nd, 2026 at approximately 9:55am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) April Wright conducted an unannounced complaint site inspection to deliver complaint findings. LPA met with Center Director Sahil Saini and informed them of the allegations against the preschool license. Allegations being Other. Present during the inspection were 64 children (9 toddlers / 55 preschool age) and 11 fingerprint cleared staff personnel
LPA conducted interviews with director and staff. During the inspection, LPA observed staff sweeping, mopping and cleaning after children's activities and meals. LPA observed all cleaning products are keep secured and inaccessible to children in care. Center Director stated that the center is cleaned regularly and at close of each day. Cleaning includes all mats, toys, tables and equipment. Center Director stated that if an outbreak of any disease occurs at the facility, families are notified immediately via text, call or email. Based on LPA observations and interviews which were conducted, this agency has investigated the complaint and determined the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED, Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. Exit interview was conducted with Center Director Sahil Saini. Appeal rights were given and discussed.

On April 2nd, 2026 at approximately 9:55am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) April Wright conducted an unannounced complaint site inspection to deliver complaint findings. LPA met with Center Director Sahil Saini and informed them of the allegations against the preschool license. Allegations being Personal Rights. Present during the inspection were 64 children (9 toddlers / 55 preschool age) and 11 fingerprint cleared staff personnel. A health and safety inspection was conducted by the LPA.

LPA conducted interviews with director and staff regarding quality of care as well as care of children. LPA did not observe any staff yelling at children in care during inspection visits to the facility. No additional supporting information received from the reporting party that supports this allegation.
Based on the LPA observations, Interviews and documentation that was received, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. Exit interview was conducted with Center Director Sahil Saini. Appeal rights were given and discussed.

LPA met with Center Director Sahil Saini and informed them of the allegations against the preschool license. Allegations being Lack of Supervision. resent during the inspection were 64 children (9 toddlers / 55 preschool age) and 11 fingerprint cleared staff personnel

During the course of the investigation, LPA reviewed all documentation that was received and obtained. LPA observed that the facility adheres to the proper teacher-child ratio and has fully qualified / fingerprint cleared teachers/teacher aides assigned to each classroom. No additional supporting information received from the reporting party that supports this allegation.
Based on LPA observations and physical record review which were conducted, this agency has investigated the complaint and determined the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. Exit interview conducted with Center director Sahil Saini. Appeal Rights given and discussed.

LPA interviewed center director, staff and a random sample of parents during the course of the investigation. LPA inquired about reporting requirements and how communications is provided to the parents and families daily and when an incident occurs. LPA reviewed staff procedure for reporting incident to parents and authorized representatives.
Based on LPA observations, documentation that was received/reviewed and interviews which were conducted, this agency has investigated the complaint and determined the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED, Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. LPA met with Center Director Sahil Saini and informed them of the allegations against the preschool license. Allegations being Physical Plant.
