25 | On 6/16/2026 at 8:45 am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Manel Estoesta conducted an annual random visit. LPA met with the director, Muthulakshmi Dhivakaran, and LPA explained the nature of the site visit. Present on this visit were 7 staff members, 12 toddlers and 38 preschool children. The facility operates from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
LPA toured the facility with the director to conduct a Health and Safety Inspection. Facility’s License, Parents’ Rights Poster, Personal Rights and Activity Schedules were observed to be posted. Facility was observed to follow teacher to children ratio requirement during LPAs' inspection. Children were engaged in various activities under the visual supervision of the teachers.
The Preschool Component has 1 licensed large classroom, and the Toddler Component has 2 licensed classrooms. The classrooms, restrooms, storage room, office area were inspected. The facility's designated isolation room is the "office area." Disinfectants, cleaning solutions, and other items that are dangerous to children were stored inaccessible to children. Cabinets, drawers, and rooms used for storage were locked. Furniture and equipment such as mats, cots, activity tables, changing table and chairs were age appropriate and were in good condition, free of sharp, loose, or pointed parts. Restrooms for children's use were observed to be in safe, sanitary, and functioning condition. Floors were clean and free from tripping hazard. LPA reminded the Director that firearms and other weapons are not allowed on or stored on the premises of a childcare center. LPA reminded the director that trash cans for solid waste had tight-fitting covers on and were in good repair.
