On 7/1/2025 at 9:30 am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Manel Estoesta conducted a complaint investigation subsequent visit. LPA met with Director YUGANDHARA NIMKAR and Licensee Krishna Kant, and explained the nature of the site visit. Present on this visit were 4 staff members and 8 preschool children. Finding was delivered on this visit.
The Reporting Party (RP) alleged that day care children sustained unexplained injuries.
During the investigation, LPA conducted a physical plant inspection, conducted interviews, recorded reviews and collected facility files. Based on the information obtained throughout the investigation, the allegation is unsubstantiated. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is deemed UNSUBSTANTIATED.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted with Licensee Krishna Kant.
