During the outdoor inspection, LPA observed that all walkways, ramps, and stairs were clear of debris and tripping hazards. The playground area was orderly, provided adequate shade, and the ground surface consisted of newly installed pour-in-play material designed for safety and accessibility. The area was fully enclosed by a fence measuring approximately five feet in height. No hazardous materials, dangerous equipment, or exposed utility fixtures were accessible to children.
The playground footprint remained unchanged; however, a new inclusive play structure had been installed. The structure was designed for children of varying abilities and included ramps, platforms, and sensory panels. The unit was placed on pour-in-place surfacing to enhance safety. No violations or safety concerns were observed.
