Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Elizabeth Berumen conducted a follow up complaint investigation to deliver findings. LPA met with Licensee, Lilia Salgado. Also present were 8 day care children (two infants) and her daughter, Lilia Clarissa and her husband (Jaime Alfaro).
Based on information gathered from observations, record review and interviews the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is Unsubstantiated.

NOTICE OF SITE VISIT was issued and posted during today's visit. Notice must remain posted for 30 consecutive days.
