13 | On 11/15/2022 at 9:25 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Susy Cervantes, met with licensee, Karina Calderon, to deliver complaint findings. Present was licensee and their assistant, Elvia Abrego, with 8 children in care: 3 infants and 5 preschool age children.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
No deficiencies were cited during today's visit. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed in Spanish with licensee, Karina Calderon. |
