32 | LPA Barnes interviewed the Director, three staff members (S1, S2, S3), and child (C1). Relevant documents were obtained, including personnel report, staff time sheets, children’s roster and parent handbook. The Director and all staff (S1,S2,S3) denied any violations. Child C1 identified S1 as their favorite teacher.
LPA also interviewed seven parents of enrolled children. All reported positive experiences and had no concerns regarding staff behavior or supervision
Based on interviews, observations, and document review, it was determined there was no lack of supervision and no violation of the child’s personal rights.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED
No deficiency is issued during today's investigation. Appeal rights provided.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director, Lanie Choi.
