On 05/09/25 at 2:22pm , Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sydney Sims conducted an unannounced complaint inspection and met with facility representative Cindy Littlepage. The licensee Tamra Hovis was interviewed on 2/26/25 at 9:55am and denied the allegations stating that the staff only turn the lights off during nap time or transition to nap time and that there is two sets of lights in the classrooms and sometimes staff will turn off one set of lights but not both. Licensee then stated that no staff including S6 scream at children in care and that all children are treated with dignity and respect and are consoled by staff if needed.
