On 4/18/2024 at 3:45pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nicolette Cunningham conducted an unannounced inspection. A non-compliance conference was held with the licensee on 5/30/23. The licensee’s assistant reported the licensee was picking up children from school. There are presently two adults living in the home.

During today's inspection, the assistant was providing care to one preschooler and three school age children. LPA did not observe a note on the front door stating parents pick up and drop off at the front door. The assistant also reported that the licensee always transports children to and from school.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal rights were provided. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
