On 7/23/24 at 8:40am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nicolette Cunningham conducted an unannounced inspection, and met with licensee Cheryl Angel-Schmitz. Today's visit was conducted to verify the plan of correction for two Type B citations that were issued on 6/14/24 for no carbon monoxide detector and no disaster plan posted.

During today's visit LPA Cunningham toured facility and observed the licensee providing care for two children. LPA observed and photographed a working carbon monoxide detector and the disaster plan posted by the front door.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee. There were no Title 22 deficiencies cited during today's inspection. Appeal rights were provided.
