25 | On 6/14/24 at 11:05am, an annual inspection was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Kayla Danielson and Nicolette Cunningham. At 11:25am the home was toured inside and outside. The licensee was supervising two children, and operating within the licensed capacity and ratio requirements. The facility operates Monday - Sunday 6:30 am to 6:29 am. The off-limits areas of the home are two bedrooms, garage and back yard and were made inaccessible by locks. The children use the park for outdoor play. There were no pools or other bodies of water observed in the yard.
Two children's records were reviewed at 11:35am. One staff record was reviewed at 11:40am. There is currently one adult living in the home.
The following deficiencies were cited: no carbon monoxide detector, no disaster plan posted, children's files did not contain LIC9224 for the type a citations issued in 2023, and last fire drill conducted over six months ago (see LIC 809D).
