25 | On 11/15/23 at 2:24 pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mendez and Dutra, conducted a Case Management unannounced inspection relating to deficiencies discovered on 11/8/23. During the required annual year inspection, licensee did not have door alarms in operation that meets the requirements of the waiver. Licensee was issued a type A citation and immediate $500 dollar civil penalty. The door on to the side yard in the breezeway that leads to the pool has a working door alarm, a alarm was installed on pool gate. The sliding door lock leading to the back yard was fixed and gaping hole on the fence of the chain link fence was fixed. On 11/13/23 licensee submitted videos of installed door alarms and fixed fence meeting the conditions of the waiver
During today's site visit it was verified that licensee is meeting the conditions of the waiver which meets safety requirements. LPA observed the door alarms installed on the doors in the breezeway that leads to the pool, sliding door lock was locked, hole in the chain link fence was fixed and licensee was reminded that conditions of the waiver must be met and door alarms must be operational at all times.

This report was reviewed and discussed with licensee, Fe Yang. Notice of Site Visit shall be posted for 30 days from today's visit. There were no Title 22 deficiencies cited during today's inspection |
