32 | LPA interviewed staff (S1-S2) on 6/11/25 and 7/18/25. S1 stated that children soiled their diapers when they were sleeping. They changed children's diapers whenever they are pooped or pee. S1 stated that they did not wipe children who had peed their diaper and just changed their diapers. S2 stated that they changed diapers when the diaper was at the blue line and when the children were pooped and they also checked every hour.
LPA interviewed parents (P1-P5) on 6/12/25, 6/19/25 and 7/18/25. 1 of 5 parents stated that their child was left in a soiled diaper for an excessive amount of time.
During today’s inspection, the facility was toured. LPA observed 6 children in care.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, and the findings are unsubstantiated.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee Carmen Delgado. Appeal rights were provided.
