32 | One staff member was interviewed on 3/27/25 and denied the allegations. The staff member stated they take videos of children if there is a need to address a situation with a parent. The staff member also stated when a child is in trouble, they will verbally direct them to take a time-out but the do not force them to sit down.
Three parents were interviewed on 5/13/25 and did not provide corroborating information. Three out of three parents stated they do not observe a lot because they are at the facility for a short period of time.
During today’s inspection, the facility was toured and LPA observed one child eating in a highchair.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violations occurred, and the findings are unsubstantiated.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee Brynna Meyer-Palmer. Licensee rights were provided.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
