13 | On 10/02/24 at 10:45am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nicolette Cunningham conducted an unannounced complaint inspection, and met with licensee C. Kincade. It was alleged that the licensees were operating over capacity, specifically that the licensee was providing care for more than eight children at one time. It was also alleged that the licensees do not provide adequate supervision.
Licensee C. Kincade was interviewed on 7/14/24 at 10:50am and denied the allegations and stated that she refers to the capacity worksheet to ensure she operates within capacity. LPA Cunningham obtained documentation that indicated two children were offsite for a planned appointment. Licensee C. Kincade also provided the off-site location for a third child that was alleged to be in care. On 7/14, 8/23, 9/19, and 9/27, the licensees were observed operating within capacity requirements. On all dates mentioned, LPA observed the licensees provide adequate supervision to children in care. Three parents were interviewed on 9/26/24 and did not state a concern of the licensees providing adequate supervision or operating over capacity.
