On 7/10/2024 at 12:55pm, an annual inspection was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Laura Chavez. At 1:15pm the home was toured inside and outside. The licensee and assistant were supervising 11 children and operating within the licensed capacity and ratio requirements. The facility’s operating hours are 6:30am - 5:30pm, Monday–Friday. The floor plan submitted by the licensee was reviewed and verified. The off-limits areas of the home are the garage, master bedroom/bath and the front bedroom, and were made inaccessible by locks and doorknob covers. The children are taken to a neighborhood park for outdoor play. There is an in ground pool in the back yard. The pool is fully fenced with mesh and wood fencing. The licensee has a waiver on file to allow the gate to swing in and window alarms and locks, and the terms of the waiver are being met.

Five children's records were reviewed at 2:00pm. There are currently two adults living in the home.

The following deficiency was cited, HSC 1596.8662(b)(1), licensee stated that she and her assistant have not renewed the Mandated Reporter Training (see LIC 809D):
