A subsequent complaint investigation visit was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Robert Maciel and Selena Mariani today for the purpose of delivering findings for the above allegations and met with Center Director Alicia Wright (CD). It was alleged that staff did not ensure that facility is free of pests, specifically relating to the presence of bed bugs, and that staff do not ensure that facility is clean, specifically the floors of the facility.

During today's visit LPA's observed 12 children in care. LPA Maciel interviewed staff, made observations, and requested documents. Between 9/24/25 and 12/15/25, staff and parents were interviewed. All parents interviewed stated that they did not have any concern with the cleanliness of the facility and that there were no incidents of their children having bed bug bites or concern about other pests which do not corroborate the allegations. During interviews, Center Director Alicia Wright and staff 2 - 7 stated that they have not ever encountered bed bugs in the facility and that there is cleaning procedure they follow in addition to an after hours cleaning service. LPAs observed that the facility meets the standard of cleanliness for a facility. Continued on LIC9099-C.
