13 | A subsequent complaint-investigation visit was made today by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Robert Maciel for the purpose of delivering findings for the above allegations and met with Director, Marilyn Anicete (D1) . It has been alleged that staff do not ensure that child’s bedding does not come into contact with other children’s bedding, staff do not prevent children from having inappropriate interactions with one another, staff did not report incident to authorized representative, staff do not keep the facility free of insects, and staff do not allow parents to enter and inspect the daycare.
During today's visit, LPA observed 37 children in care. During the course of the investigation, LPA interviewed staff (D1, S1 - S6), adults (RP, A1, A2, P1, P2, P5, and P6), and children (C2-C6) between 12/18/25 to 3/19/26. During interviews with staff and parents, all staff stated that children's bedding is stored on their cots when not in use and does not come into contact with other bedding, bedding is taken home by parents to wash the last day of the week that the child attends, and that the facility has not had any issues with insects in the facility.
