25 | On 7/8/2024 at 12:30pm, an annual inspection was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Elizabeth Friese. At 12:30pm the home was toured inside and outside. 2 assistants were supervising 12 children and operating within the licensed capacity and ratio requirements. The facility’s operating hours are 6:30am-6:30pm, Monday–Friday. The floor plan submitted by the licensee was reviewed and verified. The off-limits areas of the home are entire second floor, the garage and the outdoor shed, and were made inaccessible by baby gate, keyed doorknob and padlock. The children use the back yard as the outdoor play area and it is fully fenced. There is an above ground pool in the back yard. The pool is fully fenced with Title 22 approved fencing.
4 children's records were reviewed at 12:49pm. 2 staff records were reviewed at 1:14pm. There are currently 5 adults living in the home.
The following deficiencies were cited: Mat eligible infant (C4) was sleeping in pack & play with blanket and pillow, no sleep logs for said infant. (see LIC 809D)
