Licensing Program Analyst ( LPA) Elpidia Hernandez Torres arrived to the home to conduct an inspection. While at the home Licensee requested LPA provide technical assistance on a few questions she had regarding center ratios between children and teachers, what qualifies as a teacher, an aide, and fully qualified teacher. Licensee previously asked for the breakdown of the regulation but other LPAs redirected Licensee to her assigned LPA to further discuss the regulations.

LPA provided licensee with regulations regarding teacher qualifications for infant and preschool aged children, as well as ratios and revised them in depth with licensee. LPA printed out the regulations for licensee.

No deficiencies were issued during todays visit.
