LS stated that poisons are stored in the key locked garage. LPAs observed a working smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher, rated at least 2A10BC, in the home. Last drill conducted and documented was on 08/13/25. The roster of children in care was reviewed and current. LS stated that there are no weapons or firearms in the home.
