25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Glenn Ouye met with Eartha and Lakita Turner to conduct a capacity increase from a small fcch to a large fcch.
The application for the capacity change was received on June 27, 2024. The approved fire clearance was received from the Vallejo Fire Inspector on October 29, 2024. An approved copy of the Std850 (fire safety inspection request) was given to the licensee.
The facility has functioning smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fully charge fire extinguisher which is wall mounted in the hallway. The home also has a hardwired pull station in the hallway near the front door.
The licensee is checking with the landlord to obtain a signed LIC9149 (landlord consent) so the facility can be approved with a capacity of 14 instead of 12 children.
Upon receipt of the LIC9149 the home can be approved for a capacity of 14 children. The LIC9149 will need to be received by November 15, 2024.
