25 | On 5/26/23 at 9:58 AM, an annual inspection was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), J. Helton. At 10:25 AM the home was toured inside and outside. The licensee was supervising 0 children, and operating within the licensed capacity and ratio requirements. The facility’s operating hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday, school age, full time in summer/vacations. The off-limits areas of the home are the entire back half of the house which includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, garage which has been made inaccessible using baby gates, the garage is detached and locked. The floor plan submitted by the licensee was reviewed and verified. The children use the back yard as the outdoor play area and it is fully fenced, they also can use the front for sports, it is fully fenced. There is an in ground pool on the property which is fenced by five foot metal grate fencing with a self latching gate that swings away from the pool.

The Licensee was reminded that all adults 18 and over living or working in the home, including employees and volunteers, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a licensed Family Child Care Home. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day up to $500.00 maximum per day/per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.
