25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), J. Helton conducted a case management facility inspection on 10/26/22 at 1:35 PM. This inspection was in response to an application for increased capacity that was received by the Department. The licensee has requested a capacity increase to 10 children, twice a day in 3 hour sessions.
The LPA toured the facility's indoor and gym area used for additional play area. The off-limits area of the center is the back/office area, which is where the bathroom is. Children only go back with teacher escort. The children use the gym space, that is connected by a door for additional play space instead of outdoor space. The space is used in at 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM for 30 minutes. There were no pools or other bodies of water observed in or around the center. The licensee was supervising 5 children at the time of the visit. The LPA reviewed the ratio's and the licensee acknowledged she understood the ratio requirements.
Licensee's CPR/First Aid was completed and expires on 5/2024. Based on the space/accommodations available at this facility and the fire marshal granting their approval on 10/18/22 for the 10 children, the capacity increase request is granted. LPA will process this capacity increase and mail an updated license to reflect this capacity change to 10 children.
An exit interview was conducted with licensee Nicollette Yacovetti. .
Notice of Site Visit was given to licensee to post for 30 days. |
