13 | On 1/9/2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tobola arrived unannounced for the purpose of initiating complaint investigation and was greeted by Regional Director of Operation, Julie Mason and Acting Executive Director Juliet McGranahan. LPA toured the facility, interviewed staff, and made observations.
Complaint alleges facility has inadequate supplies including continence care and wipes. Based on tour of the facility and LPA observations, an adequate supply of continence care wipes, toilet paper, paper towels and other hygiene products were found in multiple resident home/cottages and restrooms. Upon interviews with staff (S3, S4 & S5), LPA received inconsistent statements on lack of supplies. It was found that staff are able to contact management when supplies are short and are replenished within a timely manner. Due to a lack of corroborating evidence the allegation is found to be unsubstantiated.
