13 | On 5/31/2024, Licensing Program Analyst, Tobola arrived unannounced for the purpose of inititating complaint investigation findings and was greeted by Human Resources Director, Kacey Goulart. LPA Tobola interviewed several clients during the visit.
Complaint alleges personal rights were violated due to an alleged incident involving a staff member inappropriately engaging physically with a client. Based upon interviews with clients (C1,C2,C3,C4) there was inconsistent information and no observations or indication related to the alleged incident. Due to a lack of corroborating evidence the allegation is found to be unsubstantiated.
A finding that the complaint allegation, personal rights violated is unsubstantiated meaning that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
