Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Glenn Ouye met with Bernadette Dennin and Amber Xayavorg to conduct a capacity increase from a small FCCH to a large FCCH. The facility fire clearance was approved on March 7, 2024.

The facility has a pull station near the door entering the garage. There are functional smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher rated at 3A40BC.

The child ratio requirements were discussed with facility staff.

The facility is approved as a large family child care home effective March 13, 2024.
