Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Glenn Ouye met with Jynx Lopez to conduct a change of location for the infant center which is relocating to the Monte Rio location. This will be a combination center. This location is relocating from the YWCA Stars Infant Guernewood location.

The facility equipment will be moved from the old site to this new location over the weekend of May 20th and this location will open on May 22, 2022. The approved fire inspection was received by the department on May 5, 2023.

The outdoor activity area will utilize an outdoor rotational waiver between the preschool and infant program. An outdoor rotation schedule shall be posted with the waiver.

This infant facility license is approved effective today, May 12, 2023. The licensee will notify the department to advise on the date of closure for the old location.
