Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Victoria Willis arrived unannounced to conduct an Annual Required Inspection and met with Licensee, Christine Woltering. The inspection is focused on the Infection Control procedures and practices of this facility.

LPA observed that facility has posters up but facility is currently going through a remodel and there are no residents in care. Licensee will contact CCL once they reopen the home. Once reopened, LPA will conduct a visit to ensure proper Infection Control protocols are in place.
