Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jason Lund arrived at the above address to conduct the annual required inspection. LPA Lund met by Program Director, Mark Lawhorn and explained the reason for the visit.

LPA Inspected the interior and exterior of the facility. The clients were observed to be utilizing 11 activity rooms and a multi-purpose room. The clients were participating in various programs beneficial to learning and growth. The facility was observed offering activities and lessons that were beneficial to learning and growth.

Fire extinguishers were recently inspected. The facility complied with all carbon monoxide and smoke detector requirements. All toxins and hazardous materials were stored in locked cabinets.

No Deficiencies was observed during the visit and report was left Program Director, Mark Lawhorn.
