On 07/09/2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Anita Tristan arrived at the facility to conduct an unannounced Case Management Inspection. LPA met with Director, Carol Thomas. LPA toured the facility, and a census was taken. The purpose of today's inspection was to receive documentation and employee file from the incident that took place on 05/13/2024.

During today’s visit LPA observed classrooms, playground, and reviewed documentation.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director, Carol Thomas. Appeal rights were provided and discussed.

Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited.


A Notice of Site Visit was provided and will be posted for 30 days.
