On 05/14/2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Yesenia Fierro met with Director, Alexandria Candelar for an unannounced case management inspection. LPA toured the facility, and a census was taken. LPA explained the reason for the inspection.

During todays’ visit LPA continued with staff interviews for a compliant and conducted

classroom observations.

Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited.

Exit interview conducted with Licensee, Alexandria Candelar. This report is to be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit to be posted for 30 day.
